Riccardo Cantini is an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science, Modeling, Electronics and Systems Engineering (DIMES), University of Calabria. His research interests include large language models and sustainable AI, with a focus on LLM and agentic systems, their applications, interpretability, fairness, trustworthiness, and efficient deployment in edge-based settings, as well as big social data analysis, focusing on politically polarized data and efficient processing of data-intensive applications across distributed and edge-to-cloud environments.
